** Shares of Boab Metals BML.AX fall as much as 9% to A$0.41, their steepest fall since October 28

** Precious metals developer receives firm commitments for A$60 million ($39.89 million) placement

** The issue price of A$0.40 represents a discount of 10.1% to its last close

** Stock is up 142.8% YTD, including the session's moves
