TransThera Sciences (HKG:2617) completed the sale of nearly HK$195 million worth of shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.

The firm sold 2.1 million shares priced at HK$92.85 apiece to raise funds for the clinical development of its drug candidates.

The shares represent 0.69% of the company's issued H shares and 0.53% of its total issued shares following the sale.
