Tat Seng Packaging (SGX:T12) completed the transfer of business, assets and liabilities of United Packaging Industries for SG$7.9 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the completion of the transfer, the company will continue with its existing business while United Packaging will be inactive.
