Y Ventures Group Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company has four segments. Its E-Commerce Retail and Distribution Business segment markets and distributes a range of merchandises, mainly books and journals, under third party brands through online marketplaces under a distribution model. Its Logistics and Freight Forwarding Services segment keeps most of its stocks in third-party warehouses managed by various third-party logistics companies. The merchandises, which are stored in third-party warehouses are delivered by last-mile fulfilment service providers in the respective jurisdictions, in which these merchandises are sold. Its Waste Management Services segment provides waste management services in Singapore, namely Junk To Clear, under its subsidiary, Skap Waste Management Pte. Ltd. Its Supplementary Services segment provides supplementary adhoc services, which include the provision of data services and e-commerce market access for non-books brands.
