Keppel DC REIT (the Trust) is a Singapore-based data center real estate investment trust. The Trust investment strategy is to principally invest, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets which are used primarily for data center purposes, as well as real estate and assets necessary to support the digital economy. It operates through three segments: Colocation, Fully fitted, and Shell and core. Its portfolio consists of 23 data centers strategically located in key data center hubs, with an attributable lettable area of 3,065,633 sq ft in 13 cities across nine countries in Asia Pacific and Europe. Its portfolio includes Keppel DC Singapore 1, Keppel DC Singapore 2, Keppel DC Singapore 3, Keppel DC Singapore 4, Keppel DC Singapore 5, DC1, Intellicentre Campus, Gore Hill Data Centre, Guangdong Data Centre 1, Guangdong Data Centre 2, Kelsterbach Data Centre and others.
