The Batteries segment manufactures, develops and markets batteries and battery-related products. The Electronics and Acoustics segment designs, manufactures and sells professional audio products, KEF brand loudspeakers, Celestion brand drivers and related products. The associates of this business segment are mainly engaged in the manufacturing of high precision parts and components used in electronics products. The Other Industrial Investments segment comprises mainly the Company’s associates, XIC and Meiloon Industrial Co., Ltd. It is also an energy storage solution provider via its two wholly owned business arms in energy technology.
