Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc.(“HEI”)于1959年由Kevork Hovnanian创立，1967年在新泽西州注册，1983年在特拉华州重新注册。通过子公司进行其所有住宅建设和金融服务业务。通过其子公司，HEI设计、建造、营销和销售计划住宅开发中的独栋独立式住宅、联排别墅和公寓、城市填埋式住宅和活跃生活方式住宅，是美国最大的住宅建筑商之一。自HEI的前身公司成立以来，该公司连同其松散的合资企业已经交付了超过382,000套住房，其中在2025财年交付了6,431套住房。该公司有两个不同的业务:住宅建设和金融服务。该公司的金融服务部门为房屋建设业务的客户提供抵押贷款和产权服务。
