Its property arm has interests in approximately 633,000 square meters of retail and office investment properties in various cities in the People's Republic of China, such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu, as well as Singapore, London and Australia; two purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) properties in Warwick and Bristol, the United Kingdom; and approximately 254,000 square meters of residential and mixed-use development properties. It has two stores in Singapore under its flagship brand, Metro: Metro Paragon and Metro Causeway Point, Woodlands. The Metro shopping brand offers a range of merchandise in the retail industry. Metro Paragon is a fashion store, which has a range of in-house, local and international brand names. Metro Woodlands serves the neighborhood community in Singapore’s North West District.
