We are a mining company engaged in the business of the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. We currently hold a 20-year lease to explore and develop an 860-acre rare earth minerals project located in Hudspeth County, Texas, known as "Round Top" and prospecting permits covering an adjacent 9,345 acres. We also hold prospecting permits on certain other mineral properties located in New Mexico.
