Valeo is engaged in the manufacture of automobile and truck components and spare parts. Co. is organized into ten industrial operating units worldwide to serve customers locally. These industrial branches are regrouped into activities to encourage transversal synergies in manufacturing and product development. Each specializes in a specific product and system line except for Valeo Electronics, Co.'s technology platform, which designs electronic components and systems such as flashing units, switches, sensors, timers, control modules, regulators, and other various electronic devices. Valeo Service is the Aftermarket activity which regroups the aftermarket business for the OES and IAM.
