L'Air Liquide and its subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the supply of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen and a variety of other gases and services to industries. Co.'s products and services are organized into four main business lines. Large Industries cover users of large volumes of industrial gases and energy solutions. In Electronics, Co. supplies semiconductor manufacturers with carrier and specialty gases, liquid chemicals, and related equipment and installations. Industrial Customers use gases in small or medium quantities and operate in very diverse sectors. Healthcare is divided into two areas of activity: supply of medical gas, services; and equipment to hospitals, and home care.
