The Fund invests in a portfolio of global equity securities but may hold derivatives if the Investment Manager considers doing so the most appropriate way to gain an exposure to underlying securities. However, the Investment Manager has no intention at the date of this PDS to use derivatives to gear or leverage the portfolio.
