Homeland Resources Ltd. is a modest oil and gas producing company. The directors of the Company are in the process of negotiating a new agreement to acquire Telesecurity Sciences, Inc. ("TSS"). Upon closing of the TSS acquisition, the Company intends to shift its focus for oil and gas to advanced imaging solutions for medical and security imaging devices and systems.
