Kaya Holdings, Inc. (KAYS) through its majority-owned subsidiary, Marijuana Holdings Americas, Inc. creates and establishes its own brands that produce, distribute and/or sell premium cannabis products, including flower, concentrates, and cannabis-infused baked goods and candies. Unlike other "marijuana stocks", we are a true "Cannabis Company", and our revenues come from actual cannabis operations and not from consulting or unrelated operations such as tomato farming. We presently have 3 OLCC Licensed operating retail marijuana locations, a 4th retail marijuana location currently in the final stages of OLCC Licensing and construction buildout and a 26 acre farm that is in the licensing and building process for marijuana manufacturing and grow operations in Oregon. All of the locations operate under the Kaya Shack Brand and serve both medical and recreational customers. The Company intends to seek additional licensing opportunities which have legalized recreational and/or medical marijuana use, or where legalization is pending or is otherwise under consideration (both in the United States and elsewhere in the world). Potential future target markets include Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Washington D.C., Washington State and others.
