T&D Holdings, Inc. is the holding company of T&D Life Group's three life insurance companies, each of which has its own unique business model with regard to markets, marketing channels, and products. Since the 1999 establishment of the T&D Life Group and the 2001 acquisition of T&D Financial Life Insurance Company (formerly the Tokyo Life Insurance Company), the Group's three life insurance companies have steadily realized the internal expansion of their own operations, and the Group is considering entering additional markets by means of corporate alliances and M&A transactions. The Group will continue to pursue its distinctive business models focused on growth business markets and strive to enhance its embedded value and achieve sustained growth in its corporate value.
