2026年中期，百利保控股实现收入15.29亿元，同比增长28.9%。公司同期销售成本10.01亿元，同比增长约27.9%。毛利为5.28亿元，同比增长30.8%；毛利率约为34.5%，较上年同期的约34.0%略有提升。经营活动现金流量净额为5.54亿元，上年同期为1.98亿元，增幅约179.5%。期内，公司在扣除折旧、融资成本及税项后，经调整净利润为6.13亿元，而上年同期相关口径为-0.25亿元（同比不适用）。

业务分项

物业板块的销售与出租业绩有所增长，带动整体营收上涨，主要源于香港豪华住宅项目富豪‧山峯的成交增加，以及海外地区物有所售。酒店板块方面，富豪酒店及富豪产业信托旗下的酒店经营收入增长明显，且由于利率水平下降导致融资成本同比减少。公司于本期完成富豪东方酒店的实益出售，实现6.10亿元收益。建筑及与楼宇相关业务在回顾期内持续为公司内部项目提供工程服务并贡献收入。公司还继续持有包含股票、基金、债券在内的多元化金融资产组合。

下个财报期展望

公司在香港与中国内地仍拥有多处已落成物业和发展项目，预计能带来可观收入。管理层表示，将继续推进策略性资产出售计划，以进一步强化整体财务基础。
