硬蛋创新发布2026年中期业绩公告，营收达132.49亿元，同比增长98.4%。经调整净利润2.79亿元，同比上升111.1%。同期毛利约8.00亿元，同比增长36.5%，毛利率为6.0%。经营利润约5.17亿元，同比增长87.7%。经营活动产生的现金流为净流出11.11亿元，去年同期为净流入0.83亿元。

财报显示，销售及分销开支为1.68亿元，同比增长57.5%；研发开支约0.49亿元，同比增长3.6%。公告指出，销售与分销开支主要因人员成本提升以及市场开拓带来的营销推广等支出增加，研发投入则用于进一步强化IC芯片分销及AIoT解决方案等领域的技术研发。

业务分项

报告期内，Comtech业务的营收约128.91亿元，同比增长约103%。管理层表示，这主要受AIDC、存储及机器人等领域对芯片需求持续强劲所带动。Ingdan业务收入约3.58亿元，同比增长8%。公告指出，硬蛋科技正围绕AI终端和AI算力中心进行大规模方案与产品研发，并加紧推进全球算力网络的布局。

公司还在报告中披露了重要的未来业务布局：其Token工厂服务已签署正式服务合同，预计未来五年内累计可获得逾10亿美元的服务费收入；同时计划进一步扩展算力中心的全球布局。
