雷士国际（02222.HK）3月26日晚间发布业绩预告称，根据董事会对未经审计综合管理账目及其他可得资料的初步评估，集团预计2025年度将实现净利润约0.124亿美元，而2024年度则录得亏损约0.154亿美元。归属于母公司拥有人应占利润预计约0.119亿美元，较上一年度的亏损约0.175亿美元大幅改善。\n\n公司表示，业绩扭转的核心原因在于2024年度因一家联营公司权益录得约0.266亿美元减值亏损，而2025年度并未确认相关减值。剔除该减值因素后，公司判断2024年与2025年两年的利润水平均处于相近区间。\n\n雷士国际指出，目前2025年度业绩仍在最终敲定中，详细财务数据将随年度业绩公告于2026年3月底前公布。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
