TBK & Sons Holds Issued Share Base at 1.00 Billion; Confirms 25% Public Float Compliance in June 2026 Update

TBK & Sons Holdings Limited (TBKS HLDGS) has released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer, reporting no changes in share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares were steady at 1.00 billion, and no treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

TBK & Sons did not issue new shares, repurchase existing shares, or undertake any convertible or warrant exercises in June. The 2019 Share Option Scheme shows no outstanding options or new grants; however, it still allows for the future issuance of up to 90.00 million shares.

Management confirmed that the company met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public float requirement as of 30 June 2026. No funds were raised from option exercises, and no other equity-linked agreements were executed during the month.

The filing, submitted on 6 July 2026, further confirms full compliance with all applicable listing rules, legal obligations, and disclosure requirements.
