本报讯 万裕科技集团有限公司（00894）7月28日在港交所发布公告称，公司将自2026年8月3日起把其百慕达注册办事处地址变更为：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。
公告同时指出，公司于香港的股份过户登记分处仍为卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址维持在香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼。
截至公告日期，公司董事会成员包括执行董事纪楚莲女士、陈宇澄先生、陈达昌先生及陈乐茵女士，以及独立非执行董事罗国贵先生、马绍援先生及容永祺先生。
