Pagoda Group Executes HKD 2.11 Million Share Buyback, Lifting Treasury Stock to 29.68 Million Shares

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (“Pagoda Group”) disclosed that it repurchased 1.50 million H-shares on 15 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buyback was carried out at prices ranging from HKD 1.395 to HKD 1.435 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 1.41 per share. Total consideration reached HKD 2.11 million.

Key post-transaction metrics: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.97 billion, down 0.08 % from the previous day’s 1.97 billion. • Treasury shares climbed to 29.68 million from 28.18 million. • The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.00 billion shares, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury rather than cancelled.

Mandate utilisation: • The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises buybacks of up to 198.35 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 12.42 million shares, equivalent to 0.63 % of the issued share count on the mandate date. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales extends through 15 October 2026, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a).
