2026年10月21日，AV CONCEPT HOLD（00595）发布公告，披露其于当日于香港联合交易所进行股份回购。本次回购行为根据公司此前通过的回购授权进行。
根据公告，公司当日购回80.00万股普通股，占回购前已发行股本（不含库存股）约0.09408%。每股回购价介乎港币1.175元至1.2元，合计支付约95.95万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为875,001,302股，其中849,501,302股为流通股，25,500,000股为库存股。公司称，该等回购基于2026年9月4日获通过的购回授权，授权额度为85,750,130股，至今已有8,000,000股被购回，约占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.9329%。
公司确认，本次回购股份严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书陈志恒签署。
