上海医药(02607)公布2025年度利润分配方案，股东大会已批准向全体股东每10股派发现金红利人民币3.50元（含税），折合每股人民币0.35元。H股股息将以港币支付，每股派发0.40477港元（含税）。
股权登记日定为2026年7月16日，当日收市后名列股东名册的股东有权收取股息。现金红利预计于2026年8月24日（星期一）派发，其中H股股东的支票将以平邮方式邮寄，邮误风险由股东自行承担。
按照相关税务规定，公司将为H股非居民个人股东及非居民企业股东代扣代缴10%的企业所得税或个人所得税；通过港股通投资的内地个人投资者及证券投资基金，则按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者自行申报缴纳。A股红利派发安排将另行公告。
