Giordano to Reclaim Unclaimed 2020 Interim Dividend After 29 September 2026 Deadline

Giordano International Limited has invoked Bye-Law 140, stating that any portion of the interim dividend declared on 11 August 2020 which remains unclaimed for six years will be forfeited and revert to the company. Accordingly, dividend entitlements still outstanding on or after 29 September 2026 will be cancelled.

Eligible shareholders who have not yet encashed their dividend warrants must contact the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by 4:30 p.m. on 29 September 2026 to secure payment.

The announcement was authorised by Executive Director and Company Secretary Mark Alan Loynd and released on 27 August 2026. At that date, Giordano’s Board comprised three Executive Directors, four Non-executive Directors and four Independent Non-executive Directors.
