中国中冶(01618)于2026年9月11日发布公告，披露当日在香港联合交易所和上海证券交易所分别进行了H股和A股回购。
根据公告，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购H股3,530,000股，约占现有已发行H股股本0.12434%，回购价格在每股港币1.375至1.435之间，合计付出约499.42万港元。购回的H股尚未注销，购回后公司H股已发行股份总数仍为2,839,000,000股，库藏股数为0。回购授权于2026年6月29日获股东大会批准，授权购回股份总数为283,900,000股，至今公司已累计回购43,713,000股，占授权时已发行股份数目的1.53973%。
此外，公司同日透过上海证券交易所回购A股7,698,200股，约占现有已发行A股股本0.04312%，每股回购价介乎人民币2.57元至人民币2.62元，合计付出约1,999.88万元人民币。此次A股回购完成后，公司A股的已发行股份总数仍为17,852,619,170股，库存股份数为0。
公司确认本次回购交易均遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由联席公司秘书常琦签署。公司表示，已履行相关批准程序并将严格按照有关规定和回购授权范围执行后续工作。
