微创心通医疗科技有限公司（02160，简称“微创心通-B”）8月31日公告称，公司将延迟发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计中期业绩，并同步推迟原定于近期召开的董事会会议。由于未能按香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》第13.49(6)条规定在2026年8月31日或之前披露中期业绩，公司股份自2026年9月1日09:00起在联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发相关业绩公告及任何需披露的其他内幕消息为止。
公告指出，延后披露主要是因为董事会认为需额外时间处理以下事项： 1. 确认租赁协议业主及其关联方的背景及与公司的关系； 2. 评估租赁条款（包括租金及保证金）的商业合理性； 3. 评估与租赁相关的额外装修费用的合理性及适当的会计处理。
公司董事会表示，如未能按期披露中期业绩或将构成对《上市规则》相关条款的违反；待上述事项妥善解决后，将重新安排董事会会议日期，并尽快公告中期业绩的预计发布时间。
微创心通-B强调，目前集团业务运营维持正常，受影响内容主要涉及财务资料的审阅与披露。公司承诺将在适当时候发布进一步公告，提醒股东及潜在投资者关注最新进展，并提示投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
