公司回购方案于2025年12月18日首次披露，并经2026年1月16日召开的股东大会审议通过。方案明确：自2026年1月16日至2027年1月15日，公司拟以10亿元至20亿元资金回购A股股份，回购价格上限为4.90元/股，回购股份全部用于注销以减少注册资本。
H股方面，截至2026年9月11日，公司累计回购H股75,713,000股，占总股本0.36591%，成交金额1.19亿港元，成交价格区间为每股1.34港元至1.94港元。其中，年内回购的32,000,000股H股已于2026年6月2日注销。
