该股一手500股，入场费5605.97港元。招银国际为独家保荐人。
该公司拟将发售所得款项净额，约45%用于提升技术能力以优化硬件产品矩阵以及软件研发与运营；约25%用于扩展海外业务；约20%用于与乌镇工厂建设有关的建设、设备采购及实验室开支，估计设计年产能约为10GWh；约10%用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途。
