公告指出，原合资伙伴“江苏中科供应链管理有限公司”已更名为“中科（南京）投资控股有限公司”。目前，该AI算力项目的整体设计方案已最终定稿，相关审批流程正按计划推进，同时施工前各项准备工作同步展开。
除上述变更外，公司于2026年8月23日所发布的自愿公告内容维持不变。
