华润医疗控股有限公司（01515）9月14日发布公告称，针对燕化IOT协议争议提交北京市第二中级人民法院的新诉讼已取得一审判决，且双方均未在上诉期内提出上诉，判决已于2026年9月11日正式生效。
根据生效的一审判决： 1）确认燕化IOT协议于2025年7月2日解除； 2）判令燕化凤凰返还经营管理权转让对价人民币4,559.98万元及利息（另计）； 3）判令燕化医院返还人民币12,728.68万元的未偿还无息贷款； 4）判令燕化方支付人民币4,130.19万元的医院管理费损失及滞纳金（另计）； 5）判令燕化方支付人民币13,355.81万元的综合服务交易停止损失及利息（另计）。
公司表示，将尽最大努力并依法采取适当行动执行该判决，以维护公司及全体股东利益。公司同时指出，法院判决的执行时间及结果可能受实际因素影响，若有进一步进展将根据香港联交所《上市规则》要求及时披露。
公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
