Jul 31

Coastal Greenland Limited has issued a shareholder notice outlining four alternatives for receiving future corporate communications, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules 2.07A and 2.07B and the company’s bye-laws.

1. Shareholders may: • access documents electronically via www.coastal.com.cn and receive a publication notice; • request printed English versions only; • request printed Chinese versions only; or • request both printed English and Chinese versions.

2. Action required: New shareholders should complete and return the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong).

3. Response deadline: If no completed form is received by 28 August 2026 (28 days from the letter date of 31 July 2026), shareholders will be deemed to have consented to the online-only method. A notification letter or e-mail will then accompany each online release.

4. Flexibility: Elections can be changed at any time by written notice or a new request form. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge upon request if electronic access proves difficult.

5. Additional information: Shareholders can obtain printed documents on demand and access all releases on both the company’s and Hong Kong Stock Exchange websites. Enquiries can be directed to the hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

The notice is signed by Chairman Jiang Ming on behalf of Coastal Greenland Limited.
