Yau Lee Holdings Keeps Issued Shares Steady at 438.05 Million in August 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

Yau Lee Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that the share structure and public float remain unchanged and fully compliant with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.20 each, equal to HKD 200.00 million. No increase or decrease in authorised or registered capital was recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 438.05 million ordinary shares, and the firm held no treasury shares. As a result, total issued shares also remained at 438.05 million.

Yau Lee certified that its public float continues to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum 25 % requirement. There were no movements involving share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during August.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Lam Kwok Fan on 1 September 2026, also states that all requisite statutory and listing rule confirmations have been met.
