AMASSE CAPITAL (08168) has announced that Ms. Wong Chi Yan has tendered her resignation as an independent non-executive director, effective from August 19, 2026, citing her other personal commitments and health concerns.

Mr. Tang Yiu Kei and Mr. Sung Kun Cheung have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, also effective from August 19, 2026. Following these changes, Ms. Wong will no longer serve as the chairman of the board's audit committee or as a member of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.

Mr. Tang has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of both the remuneration and nomination committees. Mr. Sung has taken on the roles of chairman for the remuneration and nomination committees, while also joining the audit committee as a member.
