AUNTEA JENNY (02589) has issued a positive profit alert, indicating a strong financial performance for the first half of the current fiscal year.

The company expects to record a net profit attributable to the period of approximately RMB 304 million to RMB 325 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026. This represents an increase of about 50% to 60% compared to the net profit of RMB 203 million reported in the same period last year.

Additionally, AUNTEA JENNY forecasts an adjusted net profit for the period (measured under Non-IFRS accounting standards) of approximately RMB 331 million to RMB 356 million. This would mark a rise of roughly 36% to 46% from the adjusted net profit of RMB 244 million recorded in the prior corresponding period.

The Board attributes the anticipated growth to the group's consistent and determined execution of a multi-brand strategy. By leveraging differentiated brand positioning, the company has steadily expanded its store network. Furthermore, by maintaining a consumer-centric approach, the group has continuously enriched its product portfolio, broadened consumption scenarios, and launched new products that have gained strong market acceptance, thereby driving revenue growth. Simultaneously, the group's ongoing efforts to refine its lean operational management, combined with the economies of scale generated by business expansion, have further enhanced its overall profitability.
