BJ DIGITAL (06188) has announced that following recommendations from the board's nomination committee, it has proposed nominating Ms. Xu Liping and Mr. Liu Liang as candidates for the sixth session of the board of directors' executive directors (excluding the employee representative director). The board has also proposed nominating Ms. Pan Anran, Mr. Liu Jinyi, and Mr. Liu Songshan as candidates for the sixth session of the board of directors' non-executive directors, and nominating Mr. Lv Tingjie, Mr. Cai Zhenhui, and Mr. Liu Zhiyong as candidates for the sixth session of the board of directors' independent non-executive directors.

Ms. Chen Yuan was elected as the employee representative director and executive director for the sixth session of the board of directors at the company's employee congress held on August 5, 2026, and her term will be consistent with that of the sixth session of the board.

Due to the board election, Ms. Xu Jili (current executive director), Mr. Liu Donghai (current executive director), Mr. Jia Zhaojie (current non-executive director), and Mr. Lv Pingbo (current independent non-executive director) will cease to hold their positions as directors from the date the sixth session of the board is elected at the extraordinary general meeting, and will no longer serve in any roles on the company's board committees.
