冠中地产有限公司（00193）10月13日晚间发布盈利警告称，根据目前可得资料，预期截至2026年7月31日止年度录得本公司拥有人应占亏损不少于2,900万港元；而截至2025年7月31日止年度则录得本公司拥有人应占亏损约1,390万港元。
公司表示，亏损扩大主要由于以下两点： 1. 其一，集团一间联营公司业绩由盈转亏，相关应占溢利由截至2025年7月31日止年度的约500万港元转为截至2026年7月31日止年度的亏损逾600万港元，原因包括与酒店营运相关的租金及其他服务收入减少，以及该联营公司所持投资物业公平值下跌。 2. 其二，集团物业销售放缓导致收入减少。
上述数据基于集团截至2026年7月31日止年度的未经审核管理账目所得的初步评估，尚未经过核数师审核或审阅，相关数值或将作出调整。公司计划于2026年10月发布全年业绩公告，届时将披露经审核的详细财务数据。
