Emperador Inc. reveals year-end shareholding structure; Alliance Global holds 64.61% stake

Emperador Inc. has released its list of the top 100 stockholders as of Dec, 31 2025, covering all 15.77 billion fully paid outstanding and issued shares.

Alliance Global Group Inc. appears three times in the register with positions of 9.81 billion, 681.61 million and 6.49 million shares. Taken together, these holdings represent about 10.49 billion shares, or 64.61 % of Emperador’s outstanding stock. The largest single block—9.81 billion shares—accounts for 60.37 % of the company.

PCD Nominee Corporation holds the next-largest positions on behalf of investors. Its non-Filipino account owns 2.96 billion shares (18.22 %), while its Filipino account controls 2.30 billion shares (14.18 %).

Other notable shareholders include The Andresons Group Inc. with 10 million shares (0.06 %) and several individual investors whose stakes are each below 0.01 % of the total.

A separate summary of lodged shares dated Dec, 29 2025 shows 5.26 billion shares held through brokers and custodians. Standard Chartered Bank tops this list with 2.77 billion shares, followed by Government Service Insurance System at 823.20 million and Aurora Securities Inc. at 701.23 million.
