浩盟控股有限公司（08186）9月1日公告，自2026年9月1日起委任吴欢为公司非执行董事，任期三年。任何一方可提前不少于三个月书面通知终止服务协议。 公告显示，吴欢，37岁，拥有多年国际贸易、资本运作及企业信息咨询经验，熟悉全球供应链管理、跨境商务谈判、技术推广服务及投融资全流程管理。她曾在奥巴（中国）有限公司担任全球箱包市场业务拓展与供应链优化副经理逾10年；自2023年起，出任奥巴（厦门）投资有限公司总经理。 薪酬方面，吴欢每月将获得董事袍金10,000港元，并可获酌情花红；有关薪酬由董事会根据薪酬委员会建议、市场状况及集团财务状况确定。 根据公司细则，吴欢须在其获委任后的下一届股东周年大会上退任并可重选，其后将按轮值退任机制执行。公告亦确认，吴欢目前未持有公司或其相联法团任何股份、相关股份或债券，且与公司董事、高级管理层、主要股东或控股股东之间不存在关系。 董事会表示，热烈欢迎吴欢加入公司。
