8月3日，顺风清洁能源（01165）公告称，香港高等法院已于2026年7月15日应临时清盘人申请，颁令委任陈文海先生及郑文龙先生为公司的共同及各别清盘人。
公司同时披露，自2026年8月3日起，其香港主要营业地点已迁至香港金钟道88号太古广场一座35楼。
顺风清洁能源的股份自2025年11月19日11:38起在联交所暂停买卖，停牌状态将继续维持，直至另行通知。
公告提醒债权人及潜在投资者，如有意就公司或集团重组事宜洽谈，可通过邮箱project_wind@deloitte.com.hk联系清盘人。公司亦表示，将在适当时候就清盘进展发布后续公告，并建议股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
