伟业控股（01570）公布的2026年中期报告显示，截至2026年6月30日，收入约4,999.80万元，较2025年同期的1,141.80万元同比增长约338%。同期毛利约为182.60万元，相比2025年同期减少9.30%，毛利率由18%下降至4%。

报告期内，由于市场价格波动以及商用和住宅单元销售结构的影响，成本结构出现明显变化。销售及分销费用从上一年同期的约70万元增加至约250万元，行政费用则由约991.50万元减少至约592.30万元。管理层在报告中指出，这主要得益于成本管控措施加强和部分业务板块费用投入节奏的调整。

经营活动方面，期内实现经营活动现金流净额约1598.60万元，而去年同期为-1850.80万元，较上年同期得到明显改善。

业务分项

公司核心业务为中国境内的物业开发。期内，物业开发销售收入合计约4,999.80万元，其中“伟业上城三号院”和“樾泉湾一期”分别贡献约3,470.00万元与1,140.00万元。由于住宅单元价格下滑及商铺类项目销售结构导致综合毛利率降至4%。

前景方面，管理层表示将继续积极推进去库存策略，同时评估文化与艺术供应链等多元化发展机会，为未来业绩增长拓展空间。公司预计在“十五五”规划的推动下，中国宏观经济环境将为行业提供稳健的发展基础。
