China Wan Tong Yuan (Holdings) Limited reported that every item on the agenda of its Annual General Meeting held on 4 June 2026 was approved by shareholders. All six ordinary resolutions received unanimous support, with 0.88 billion votes (100%) cast in favour and none against.
The meeting attracted a turnout of 88.50%, as 884.97 million votes were cast out of the company’s total issued share capital of 1.00 billion shares. No shareholders were required to abstain, and no special voting restrictions applied.
Key resolutions endorsed: • Financial Statements: Adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and reports of the Board and auditors for the year ended 31 December 2025. • Auditor Re-appointment: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was re-appointed as external auditor, with the Board authorised to determine remuneration. • Board Composition: Shareholders re-elected Ms Zhao Ying (Non-Executive Director), Mr Yang Yun (Executive Director) and Mr Cheung Ying Kwan (Independent Non-Executive Director), and authorised the Board to fix directors’ remuneration. • Capital Mandates: Approval of a general mandate allowing the Board to issue up to 20% of the existing share capital, a separate mandate to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares, and an extension permitting re-issuance of repurchased shares.
Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as the meeting scrutineer, confirming the poll results. All directors, including Chairperson Ms Zhao Ying, attended the AGM either in person or via electronic means.
