本次宣派普通末期股息，每10股派发人民币3.5元。公司预设的派发货币为港元，按汇率1人民币兑1.156497港元计算，折合每10股派发4.0477港元，即每股约0.40477港元。除净日定为2026年7月15日。为符合获取股息分派资格，股东须于2026年7月16日16:30前递交股份过户文件，记录日期为2026年7月16日。股息款项将于2026年8月24日派发。
根据公告，公司就H股股息代扣代缴所得税作出安排。境外H股非居民企业股东按10%税率代扣；香港或澳门居民等与中国签订10%股息税率的税收协议国家的H股个人股东，按10%税率代扣；与内地签订20%税率或未签订税收协议国家的H股个人股东，按20%代扣；内地个人投资者通过港股通投资本公司H股取得的股息，则按20%税率代扣代缴个人所得税。
