Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (“the Company”) has announced that Executive Director Mr. Fan Qinsheng will step down from his position effective October 22, 2025, citing personal commitments. The service agreement’s required notice period has been waived by mutual consent, and Mr. Fan has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board or unresolved matters requiring shareholders’ attention.

The Company further indicates that Mr. Fan will cease to be its authorised representative on the same date. Mr. Xie Lishu, Chairman and Executive Director, will assume the role of authorised representative with effect from October 22, 2025. The board has conveyed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Fan for his contributions during his tenure.
