15 September 2026 — South Manganese Investment Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company website (www.southmn.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Investors can access the document via the “Investor Relations” section or directly through HKEXnews.

In line with Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07 effective 31 December 2023), South Manganese has formally shifted all future corporate communications to electronic distribution. Printed copies will be supplied free of charge only upon request.

Non-registered shareholders must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications. Until an email address is registered, such shareholders will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently.

The company attached a reply form for shareholders who prefer printed communications, requiring submission of name, address, and preferred language version. South Manganese emphasised that the transition aims to streamline information delivery while supporting the market-wide shift toward paperless reporting.
