Chu Kong Shipping Enterprises (Group) Company Limited released a positive profit alert indicating that profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected at HK$34.60 million–HK$38.60 million, up approximately 30%-45% from HK$26.60 million a year earlier.
Management attributes the earnings improvement chiefly to higher cross-border passenger volume in Hong Kong, which lifted the Group’s share of profits from joint ventures and associates.
The figures are based on unaudited management accounts. Full interim results are scheduled for announcement by end-August 2026. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
