2026年10月12日，东方科脉（01770）发布公告称，公司董事会收到陈丹丹女士的辞呈。因个人原因，陈丹丹已辞去公司副总经理、董事会秘书及联席公司秘书职务。
公告显示，陈丹丹确认其与董事会并无意见分歧，且无任何需要提请香港联合交易所有限公司及/或公司股东注意的其他事项。
董事会同时宣布，现任另一名联席公司秘书刘国贤先生将留任，并担任公司唯一公司秘书。公告指出，刘国贤具备香港联交所证券上市规则第3.28及8.17条规定的公司秘书资格及相关经验。
截至公告日，公司董事会成员包括： 1) 执行董事：周爱军先生、王文亮先生； 2) 非执行董事：汪啸先生、王扬女士、刘喻先生、狄琛先生； 3) 独立非执行董事：曾爱民教授、周国富教授、阮添士先生。
公司董事长、执行董事兼总经理周爱军已于公告末署名。
