The Hong Kong High Court has issued a winding-up order against Water Industry (01129).
The company announced that the order was made on June 15, 2026, in connection with winding-up case number 721 of 2025, pursuant to the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance.
Consequently, the Official Receiver has become the provisional liquidator of the company by virtue of that office.
