TWINTEK Forecasts Annual Loss of HK$23-27 Million, Swinging from Prior Profit

TWINTEK Investment Holdings Limited has issued a profit warning, announcing that the group anticipates recording a consolidated net loss of approximately HK$23 million to HK$27 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

This represents a significant downturn from the consolidated net profit of about HK$1.3 million achieved in the corresponding period for the 2025 financial year.

The board of directors attributes the expected shift from profit to loss primarily to several key factors, including a reduction in the contract value of awarded projects, which has led to a decrease in the group's revenue for the current year.

Additional costs were incurred as several supply and installation projects entered their final completion stages.

Furthermore, a decline in the market value of an industrial building resulted in an impairment loss on the property.
