HUSCOKE HLDGS (00704) has issued a public announcement regarding a legal matter. The company, acting through a subsidiary named Shanxi Jinyan Energy Jiarun Co., Ltd., submitted an application for enforcement objection to the Jinan Intermediate People's Court in Shandong Province on April 21, 2026. This objection challenged a court ruling that ordered the seizure of all coking capacity indicators attached to coke ovens owned by Shanxi Jinyan Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

On June 10, 2026, the company received a statement of defense submitted by the enforcement applicant, Shandong Xinheng Energy Conservation Service Co., Ltd., which was forwarded by the Jinan court.

Subsequently, on June 11, 2026, the company received the court's written ruling on the objection. The ruling stated that the Jinan Intermediate People's Court, referencing relevant judicial interpretations, determined that coking capacity indicators are property rights requiring registration and administration by the competent administrative authority. According to registration information from the Shanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and related enforcement materials, the coking capacity indicators in question are registered under the name of the judgment debtor, Shanxi Jinyan Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The court held that for registered property rights, the rights holder should be determined based on the registration authority's records. Therefore, the company's claim of ownership over 1.265 million tons of annual coking capacity from a specific project, and its request to revoke or halt the auction of these indicators, was deemed to lack legal basis and was not supported by the court.

Consequently, the Jinan Intermediate People's Court ruled as follows: (i) to dismiss the objection request filed by the third party, Shanxi Jinyan Energy Jiarun Co., Ltd.; and (ii) stated that if the third party or involved parties disagree with the ruling and believe the original judgment is erroneous, they may pursue remedies through trial supervision procedures; if the disagreement is unrelated to the original judgment, they may file a lawsuit with the Jinan Intermediate People's Court within fifteen days from the date the ruling is served.
