Following the name change, the company’s English stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange changed on February 11, 2026, from “WEALTHINK AI” to “HK.AI CAPITAL.” The Chinese stock short name “華科智能投資” remains the same, and the existing stock certificates continue to be valid for trading, settlement, and registration. The company’s logo and website address have also been updated, with the website changing from “www.1140.com.hk” to “www.hk.ai.”

The announcement indicates that the name change and updated branding will not affect shareholders’ rights, the group’s daily operations, or its financial position, and no arrangement is required for exchanging existing share certificates. The updated share certificates bearing the new company name and logo will begin issuance on February 11, 2026.
